Schedule An Appointment

Most clients schedule their first appointment in just a few minutes.

A simple first step toward getting unstuck and moving forward.  You don’t need to have everything figured out before scheduling—that’s what we’ll do together at the intake.

Taking the step to schedule therapy can feel like a big one. My goal is to make the process as clear and straightforward as possible so you can focus on what matters—getting the support you’re looking for.

New Couples Clients (Please Read First)

To complete your intake, you will need to schedule two back-to-back 45-minute sessions (90 minutes total). This extended intake allows me to fully understand your relationship, your goals, and where to begin.  Both partners should be available for the full 90 minutes, 

Individual Clients

You can schedule a standard intake session through the portal. If you’re unsure what to select, you can choose “Therapy Intake” and we will adjust as needed.

Interested in Longer or Intensive Sessions?

If you are looking for extended sessions (such as 4-hour intensives), you can note this in your request or reach out directly to discuss availability and fit.

What happens next?

I’ll approve your appointment and set up your portal with intake forms.  Please log in as soon as possible as the temporary link does expire! The portal is the hub of our communication where you can schedule, reschedule, message me and check your bill.

Once you each complete your forms (about 30 minutes) I’ll check insurance coverage, history and assessments.   It’s important that these are done 48 hours prior to your intake.  I want to be as caught up as possible ahead of time so that we spend our time on the issues that brought you in.

At the intake I’ll assess for needed skills, the impact of mental health, attachment styles, attachment breaches or betrayals, trauma reactions, and communication needs.  We’ll set some goals together and schedule follow ups as either intensives or couples sessions.
